Christopher Meusel is a singer, songwriter and guitarist from Massachusetts who plays solo and with his band Runaway Dogs. Some past renowned bands are The Winter Project, The Meltaways and , Monkey Wrench, a Foo Fighters Tribute band.
Chris was born and raised in New Jersey, where he developed a passion for music at a young age. He began playing guitar as a teenager and when he moved to Massachusetts for college he became heavily involved in the local rock arena, playing with various bands in the Worcester and Boston music scenes.  Such bands included, power pop rock The Meltaways, pop punk band, The Shortsleeves, and moody shoegazers, The Dirge.
In 2015, Meusel co-founded the band The Winter Project, which was an indie rock band that gained some attention on platforms such as YouTube, Apple Music, and Spotify. Meusel's guitar playing was a key element of the band's sound, which was characterized by catchy melodies and introspective lyrics.
Meusel currently sings and plays guitar with the band Runaway Dogs, which is a rock band that plays shows throughout the New England area. He contributes to the band's sound with his energetic vocals and dynamic guitar playing.
Chris did a short regional tour with Monkey Wrench in 2025, a tribute to the Foo Fighters.  Chris played the role of Dave Grohl singing and playing guitar with the band.
